GÜRÜN BAŞAK BULGUR, with its production center in the Gürün district of Sivas, has become one of the leading bulgur producers in the region. Our company was founded in 2000 by Adem Ö ZTÜRK and began production in 2001. When it was established, it had 1,000 square meters of covered area and 5,000 square meters of open area, but now it has become a modern facility built on a total of 40,000 square meters.

Our current facility has open drying areas as well as a chrome closed-circuit drying system and machinery that meets all CE standards. The production process utilizes all technological capabilities, including PLC-controlled machines and optical reader color sorting machines, and the products are packaged without human contact before being delivered to our customers.
